We visited Chaud yesterday it was a lovely dining experience. Fine dining at its best, service by Crystal was impeccable, the pumpkin spiced soup and the sorrel sorbet courtesy complements of the chef was a delight. I had the oxtail ragu on brioche was divine and my main course was the lamb and that was served with grace. My husband had the pork chop and it was succulent. We shared the Chaud chocolat, which melted on our tongues. Service was no doubt of high quality. Chaud, keep your intimate and top quality service, will set you apart from the rest. Chaud, great job. Thank you Crystal for being our hostess.

Opted for the pink salmon (probably should have had the sea bass lol) and fondant for my entree and dessert while my boyfriend had the steak tartare as appetizer, steak filet mignon for entree and chocolate slice (can't remember the exact name) for desert. What can I say. Beautifully flavored and food paired excellently. A creamy potato that was divine, spinach that had just enough crunch but not too soft, vegetables cooked perfectly, crunchy and with a nice sweet flavoring, all sides paired well without being overwhelming. The best part about Chaud is that their food is rich without being overwhelming. Best fondant I've ever had and trust me when I say I have had my fair share of fondant, I think it may be the local chocolate used. My experience was superb, drinks were great, staff were not only polite but attentive and engaging. Very well trained. I had a soursop coconut cocktail which I loved not just for the taste but for the consistency, imagine I never had to restir the drink to maintain the flavor although it had crushed ice. So refreshing. Definitely recommend this place.
